360° feedback is a diagnostic tool where the evaluated persons can get a comprehensive feedback about their leadership and professional competencies and behavior which – due to lack of time or for other reasons – they would hardly get during the daily work.
DURING A 360 FEEDBACK PROCESS competences are evaluated on the basis of their appearance in everyday working situations, by the direct manager, subordinates and peers of the evaluated persons. The approach we recommend grasps the individual competences and their level through the existence of pre-defined actions, i.e. through skills. That means that respondents do not have to define the extent to which the participant possesses a certain competence, but has to identify the observation of the acts that come under that particular competence, and the frequency of their occurrence. When selecting the evaluated competences can fully accomodate to the Client’s existing competency model, thanks to our flexible oline system.

- "We have been collaborating with Develor on the continuing education of employees within the Business Unit Oncology since 2008. We started with an Insights project for managers, followed by all employees in the office and finally the whole sales team (2009). Our mutual collaboration continued with members of the sales team in 2010 in “Negotiating with difficult clients” followed by the screening of communication channels, habits and inter-team cooperation called “Team Sociomapping” in 2011 (all were included who come into mutual contact, including the office staff). Throughout the time of our collaboration Develor has been a very responsive company both in the organisation and implementing of training. - „On 19.11.2010 we organized a teambuilding event for the Control Management and Network services planning Department employees. The service was provided by Develor Bulgaria… We have chosen Develor as we were looking for more than games and emotions. - „Zentiva a.s. cooperates with Develor since middle 2005 winning in a regular tender. - "There were two joint projects between Bank DSK and Develor Bulgaria for training of the employees of the branch network of Bank DSK. The two projects included Managerial skills trainings.With his enormous experiences, Todor Todorov had priceless contribution in the trainings as he constantly applied practical examples and case studies that were relevant and close to participants’ work...
